I’ve been married more than 30 years and have three amazing adult sons. I’ve pastored and lead non-profits for more than two decades. I’ve dedicated my life to coaching and training. It’s been quite a journey, from a challenging childhood to speaking on leadership all around the world.
Leadership is the difference maker and the deal breaker. It’s how we grow organizations. Through many years in organizational leadership I have gained a strategic mindset that will help you create a path personally to find your own voice and corporately to find your company’s health.
